Introduction

Thank you for purchasing a Burro product from Augean Robotics Inc. dba Burro (hereinafter "Burro"), the autonomous off-road vehicle to amplify your workforce! As your trusted partner in automating your work, it is important to us to provide a quality product you can trust and rely on. Accordingly, we offer the following warranty coverage for your new Burro product.

Please take some time to review this Warranty Guide as it contains important information that you will need in the event your Burro product needs some attention!

Please note that the warranty coverage provided under this Warranty Guide does not cover attachments or implements purchased with a Burro product, including, but not limited to, co-branded third-party attachments.

Warranty Term

The warranty coverage begins once a warranty registration card is received for your Burro product and your software subscription plan is activated. This is the REGISTRATION date, which is on file with Burro directly or with your authorized Burro dealer or representative.

The duration of warranty coverage depends upon the product model, may or may not be extendable, and is as provided in the Table of Coverages below. Warranty end date is either the day the warranty term expires (measured in years from purchase date), or the date that the specified cumulative hours in motion is reached.

The Burro Limited Warranty

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Warranty Guide, including the Table of Coverages below, Burro will directly, or through its authorized dealers, repair or replace any genuine Burro part which is found to be defective in materials or workmanship ("Limited Warranty").

  • The defect must occur during normal use of the product and within the active warranty term.

  • Whether the defect is corrected by repair or by replacement will be within Burro's discretion.

  • The repair or replacement will be subject to the payment of a per-claim deductible (as defined in the product warranty table below).

  • Shipping, labor, travel, or other non-material expenses are not covered or reimbursed by Burro.

  • Repairs must be completed using only genuine Burro parts, or parts that have been approved for use in writing by Burro.

Burro's Right to Inspect Burro reserves the right, itself or through its agents, to inspect the Burro product to determine if a defect in materials or workmanship exists prior to the commencement of any covered repair or replacement. It is your responsibility to deliver the product to a Burro location or an authorized Burro dealer for this inspection, unless otherwise agreed by Burro or as otherwise required by law.

Location of Warranty Repairs Repairs covered under this warranty must be performed by or under the guidance of authorized Burro support personnel and resources or an authorized Burro dealer.
