Burros can be left outdoors but should be covered with a waterproof tarp to protect against rain, which can damage the touchscreen and other electronics.
Long-Term Storage (Months)
To maximize battery life and protect components, follow these steps for long-term storage:
Power Down1
Power down the unit and disconnect both batteries by unplugging the yellow Anderson connectors.
Storage the Burros2
Store the Burro in a cool, dry, temperature-controlled, and well-ventilated location.
Charging the batteries3
To maintain optimal performance, fully charge the batteries once every 90 days.
