Identification

Each Burro unit is assigned a unique ID number or serial number (S/N). This is located on a metal nameplate (rating plate) mounted on the frame, typically above the screen. The nameplate includes:

• Unit ID Number: A unique identifier for your Burro.

• QR Code: A scannable code that links to the unit's designated support and metrics page for easy access to relevant information.

Always refer to the machine's Unit ID Number when contacting Burro for support.
