Reporting an issue

Prompt reporting of issues helps our engineering teams gather critical information to diagnose and resolve problems.

From the main menu, tap the Issue Reporting icon (speech bubble with an exclamation mark).

Select the category that best describes the issue you encountered.

When prompted, select "Yes" if you require immediate assistance. A member of the Burro team will reach out to you.

If the issue is not urgent, select "No, just report" to document the issue without requiring immediate attention.
