E102

Weak or No High-Precision GPS (RTK) The machine has a poor quality signal and cannot navigate with high precision.

1. Check for overhead obstructions (e.g., indoors, under dense tree canopy).
2. Move the machine to an area with a clear view of the sky.
3. Ensure the RTK base station is powered on and the Burro is within range.

E111

Too Far From Path The machine is too far away from the autonomous route to begin or resume navigation.

1. Manually drive the machine closer to the start of the route or to the point where it stopped.
2. Resume the mission from the UI.

E112

Machine is Lost The machine does not know its current position on the worksite map.

1. Manually drive the machine to a known location on the map, such as the start point of a route or a mapped QR code.
2. The machine should relocalize automatically. If not, attempt to scan a QR code.

E501

No GPS Fix The machine cannot get a standard GPS location fix.

1. Move the machine to an outdoor area with a clear view of the sky, away from tall buildings or dense tree canopy.

E502

GPS Driver Unresponsive The internal GPS module is not responding.

1. Perform a full shutdown and restart of the machine (See Section 5.2).
2. If fault persists, contact Burro support.

Perception System (Obstacle Detection)

E201

Obstacle Perception Disabled The primary safety system for detecting obstacles has been turned off in the settings.

WARNING: Operating the machine in this state is dangerous.
1. Immediately stop the machine.
2. Navigate to Settings > Advanced and re-enable obstacle detection.

E206

LiDAR Sensor Fault The primary LiDAR sensor is not sending data. It may be blocked, dirty, or malfunctioning.

1. Check the LiDAR sensor for dirt, mud, or other obstructions. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.
2. Perform a full shutdown and restart of the machine.
3. If fault persists, contact Burro support.

E411-E414

Vision Camera Fault One or more of the vision cameras is not responding.

1. Check all vision cameras for dirt or obstructions. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.
2. Check that camera cables are securely connected.
3. Perform a full shutdown and restart of the machine.
4. If fault persists, contact Burro support.

E-Stop Button or Bumper Fault An emergency stop button or bumper bar is stuck in the "pressed" state or is disconnected.

1. Check all red Stop buttons and black bumper bars. Ensure none are stuck, and press/release each one.
2. Check bumper bar cable connections.
3. Perform a full shutdown and restart.
4. If fault persists, contact Burro support.

E303

Motor Driver Fault The system has detected a problem with the motor controller. The machine will not be able to move.

1. Perform a full shutdown and restart of the machine.
2. If fault persists, contact Burro support. This is not a user-serviceable part.

E304

Touchscreen Disconnected The touchscreen is not communicating with the main computer.

1. Check the USB connection for the touchscreen.
2. Perform a full shutdown and restart.
3. If fault persists, contact Burro support.
