Maintenance Materials

  • Lubricants: The Burro Grande is designed with sealed bearings and gearboxes that do not require routine lubrication by the operator.

  • Cleaning Agents:

    • Chassis and Frame: A mild detergent or vehicle soap mixed with water is recommended.

    • Sensors and Screen: Use only lens wipes or a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or a dedicated screen cleaner. Do not use abrasive or ammonia-based cleaners.

  • Replacement Parts: Only use Burro-authorized replacement parts. For all requests, contact a member of our field support team or email support@burro.ai. A list of common user-serviceable parts is below:

    • Wear Items: Tires, Inner Tire Tubes

    • Occasionally Damaged Items: Bumper Bars/Safety Edges, Button Boxes, AC Charging Port, GPS/Radio Antennas, LED Lights.
