Batch Actions
Select and update multiple elements at once to work faster across your site.
With Batch Actions, you can use Shift + drag to select multiple elements, then apply actions like move, rotate, copy, paste, or delete all at once. This helps reduce repetitive clicks and speeds up site setup.
How to Use Batch Actions
Hold the Shift key
On both Mac and Windows, the command is the same: Shift + drag.Click and drag across the site
While holding Shift, click and drag your mouse across the area you want to select.Look for the selection box
As you drag, a gray selection box will appear.
Elements inside the box will be selected.Release to finish selecting
Once you have selected the elements you want, release your mouse.Choose a batch action
After selecting multiple elements, you can apply an action to all of them at once.
Available Batch Actions
Once multiple elements are selected, you can:
Move them together
Rotate them together
Copy them
Paste them
Delete them
Tips for Faster Workflows
Use Batch Actions to update entire sections of your site at once.
Combine Batch Actions with Filters to hide elements you do not want to select.
Filtering helps you focus only on the elements you want to update.
