Safety Label Descriptions and Meanings
Label Index | Symbol / Design | Associated Risk & Meaning | Placement Location(s) |
| ![]() | Autonomous Movement & Improper Use: The machine moves autonomously and can crush or run over a person; keep clear. Improper use can result in serious injury or death: read the manual before operating, no riders, keep children and untrained persons away, confirm the area is clear before starting, keep loads low and reduce the load before descending a hill, and never modify or bypass a safety device. | Mast, below the screen (×1). |
| ![]() | No Step / No Riders: The bed rail is not a step. Do not sit, stand, or ride on the machine. | Bed rail midspan, left and right sides (×2). |
| ![]() | Tip-Over Hazard: Keep loads low and centered and secure the load. Do not stack the load above the mast. | Top of the mast base, above the battery indicator (×1). |
| ![]() | Runaway Hazard – Downhill: Never stand downhill of a towed load. Reduce the load and descend slowly and straight. | Top of the mast base, above the power switch (×1). |
| ![]() | Never Stand Between Machine and Implement: The machine can move without warning. Press the STOP button before hitching or unhitching. | Left of the rear button box (×1). |
| ![]() | Bed Latch: Lock both sides of the bed while in use. Power off the machine before unlocking. | Bed latch, robot's left side, near the lift handle (×1). |
| Crushing of Hands (ISO W024): Pinch point. Keep hands clear when raising or lowering the cargo bed. | Side of the cargo bed at the front of the robot, rotated 90° so it is visible when the tray is flipped up (×2).
| Wheel Entanglement: Rotating wheels can catch and pull in hands, feet, or clothing. Keep clear of the wheels while the machine is powered. | Between the wheels on each side (×2).
| ![]() | Electrical Danger: Disconnect all batteries and the charger for at least 15 seconds before servicing. | Electrical box lids (×2). |
| Electrical Hazard (ISO W012): Electrical components. Risk of shock or burns. | Power disconnects and left of the EPTO (×3).
| Hot Surface (ISO W017): Motors can become hot during operation. Do not touch until cooled. | On each motor (×4).
| Disconnect Before Maintenance (ISO M021): Disconnect power at the breaker before carrying out maintenance or repair. | To the right of the breaker on the rear of the robot (×1).
| Disconnect Mains Plug (ISO M006): Unplug the charger before turning the machine on and before servicing. | Front of the mast base, right of the center bolt (×1).
| Read Operator's Manual (ISO M002): Read and understand this manual before operating or servicing the machine. | Front of the mast base, left of the center bolt (×1).
| ![]() | Damaged Remote: Do not use the remote control if it is damaged. | Remote holder (×1). |
| Tie-Down Point: Designated points for securing the machine during transport. | Below each tie-down point, 2× front and 2× rear (×4). |
